Lathes are equipped with a continuously controlled 4th axis, powered tools and Y axis.
The machine is equipped with a lunette and tailstock. The machine’s functions are controlled by a CNC control system that enables machining of complex shapes, where the tool follows a path created as output from the 3D CAD CAM control program.

Machines are optimized for the requirement of high contruction rigidity and stability. Machines are designed for complex machining of most flat and case parts from metal and non-metal materials in piece and serial production, and for precision manufacturing of complex-shaped parts and moulds for tool works. Application of linear guidance in all linear axes guarantees the required precision and dynamics during machining. Form grinding
horizontal flat grinding is used especially for finishing operations, where a small amount of material is taken out from the workpiece, which then gets a precise shape and a very high quality of surface roughness.
